Diode Laser

Diode laser is also called semiconductor laser which generates laser irradiation by electrical pumping diode chips. Compared with other laser types diode laser has the highest electric-optic efficiency of above 50 percent at present. According to beam output form diode laser can be categorized to free-space output and fiber-coupled output. PhotonTec Berlin focuses on the diode laser with optical fiber – fiber coupled diode laser. The laser irradiation is coupled to a single optical fiber which delivers the laser beam easily and flexibly to application site. Multimode optical fiber with 105µm, 200µm and 400µm are used. The output power ranges from several watts to several hundreds watts.
